HMP-3710 provides stable and precise machining in all cutting conditions with an in-house designed spindle supported by a rigid machine structure and a load-distribution system based on the feed of the saddle and spindle.
Cooling of the spindle and frames minimizes thermal displacement to ensure high precision during long-time machining. Hwacheon software installed on the machine improves productivity and precision, provides better machining quality compared to existing Plano Millers.
Advanced manufacturing & assembly skills of Hwacheon customizes the machine according to the need of the customer.
